Le Beau Séjour translates as The Beautiful Stay or Dwelling - Planning Approved

Located about 2 mins and 5 mins walk from the 2 Annandale waterfalls which is one of the premier tourist locations of Grenada, a popular spot on the cruise ship/island day tour circuit. Le Beau Séjour will be a totally self-sufficient, eco-tourist, zero carbon footprint venture.

The tranquillity of the area was a major asset in the development of the concept of the project and is fundamental to the design and aesthetic ideal of the vision. The rural nature, proximity to the Grand Etang rain-forests reserve and the Beausejour river provided the impetus for the design of the establishment.

Le Beau Séjour will offer the seasoned traveller a more complete experience of Grenada with a much more varied option of activities such as hiking, cycling, river walking and fresh water swimming.

A private exclusive development of 14 luxury 1 and 2 bedroom villas with full serviced concierge facilities and amenities which will included a 50 meter Olympic sized swimming pool; Grenada's first, along with 3 others pools, eateries' which will include a bar, lounge and restaurant, a fully equipped gym, spa facilities, tennis courts, full business facilities and 24 hour concierge offices. the facilities use comes automatically with the purchase of a villa. An electric car will also be included for transport around the island.

These are investment properties which will be available for 12 weeks of the year for the use of the owner. The other 40 weeks the properties pool to form the Le Beau Séjour - An exclusive luxury villa boutique hotel which should enable to properties to be self financing with the profits shared between the owner and the hotel.

Each villa will be built following the slope of the area to provide views of the Beausejour River below. They will be low rise developments with basement storage facilities. Instead of the traditional roofs; green roofs adjacent to roof terraces which will be covered with wooden trellises and removable manicured arched flowers to provide shade. The visual effect when viewed from above will be of a large garden.
